ESTOPPEL REQUEST INSTRUCTIONS*

All Estoppel requests/fees are to be sent to the following:

1. The Corinthian Condominium Association, Inc.

The fee is $250.00 for each estoppel and any update if the account is not delinquent and there is an additional $150.00 fee for delinquent accounts. The Certificate will be delivered within ten (10) business days from receipt of request.

Expedited estoppel requests are an additional $100.00 and will be delivered within three (3) business days after receipt of request.
